My journey with founding Dale Reports began with a deep commitment to understanding people and the environments where they work. Over more than 17 years as an HR professional, I witnessed firsthand how poor communication, emotional blind spots, and misaligned leadership behaviors quietly create risk eroding trust, performance, and retention long before issues surface publicly.


That experience led me to build Dale Reports as a leadership risk advisory practice transforming real-world insight and research into practical interventions that help leaders recognize problems early, course-correct effectively, and lead with stability, clarity, and accountability.
